Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and professional individual to join our London office team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for office administration and reception duties supporting our team, and be the first point of contact for our clients.
Skills Required:
- Excellence in customer service and sales
- Minimum 5 years experience in an office setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy, detail and compliance
- A growth mindset with eagerness to learn
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient/comfortable with technology (able to work proficiently in CRM and Microsoft Office Application)

GROUP TOUR PLANNER
EXETER & LONDON, ONTARIO

Position Summary:
As a Group Tour Planner, you are responsible for developing customized cultural, educational and specialized tour programs for groups within Canada, to the USA and internationally.
Skills Required:
- Team-focused with ability to adapt and support change, solve problems creatively, and adjust approach as necessary
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build client confidence and ensure commitments to clients are met, demonstrating excellence in customer service
- Effective negotiation skills, with ability to compromise, seek common ground and reach a mutually beneficial solution
- High level of integrity, sense of accountability, and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS office and ability to adapt quickly to changing technology
Qualifications
- College diploma or related experience well suited to a travel agent or meeting/event planner
- Travel-related experience or knowledge of the industry an asset
- Flexibility to work hours including evenings and weekends upon request
- A background check is required due to the nature of our business working with Minors
- Accounting experience is an asset

TRAVEL ADVISOR
(LEISURE)

We are seeking an experienced travel sales professional to join our team as a Travel Advisor, in Exeter or London and surrounding area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing travel requirements of our growing network of leisure clients, and providing additional support to our public tours team. Through our Travel Leaders Network Affiliation and preferred supplier agreements, global network contacts and memberships, as well as our prestigious Air Canada Circle of Excellence Standing, we provide unique value and competitive rates and perks to our clients. This position is also available as a hybrid or in-office position depending on the candidate’s location.
Skills Required:
- Experience working for a travel agency, in a corporate/leisure sales role
- Excellence in customer service and sales
- Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy, detail and compliance
- TICO Certification
- Experience using Global Distribution Systems (preferably Sabre) and Trams/Client Base an asset.

Our Exeter office team is seeking a keen and enthusiastic individual who would like to gain experience and knowledge through hands-on learning in a Junior Group Planner/Admin Assistance role. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our private tour division by becoming knowledgeable on our tour products and processes and assisting our experienced Group Planning team.
