Ellison Tours is pleased to be working with Crown Forces North America to organize travel arrangements for a Canadian expedition to Belgium to participate in the 210th anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo. This amazing and memorable event will be the first large-scale reenactment since the 200th anniversary in 2015. The proposed itinerary departs Canada on June 24th to Brussels, allowing time to adjust to the European time change before reenactment events begin. In addition to the official events, some open days have been allowed for participants to explore and experience Brussels at your leisure, before returning to Canada on July 1st. COST INCLUDES:
- Return airfare from Pearson International Airport, Toronto to Brussels, Belgium, including 1st checked bag within weight & size allowance, all applicable airline, airport and security fees as of this contract date (additional pieces of checked luggage are at additional cost to the traveller).
- Transportation via private motor coach(s), per itinerary, including driver accommodations, gratuity and tolls/parking (number and size of coach to be determined when numbers confirmed).
- 6 nights’ accommodation in Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre, or similar, Brussels (based on all twin-sharing rooms) including hot & cold buffet breakfast daily.

- The approximate price range of this tour is $3,950.00 – $4,050.00 per person based on a minimum of 120 travellers up to $4,130.00 – $4,230.00 per person based on a minimum of 80 travellers. This pricing is based on twin sharing hotel occupancy.
- The deposit required for this tour is $1,000.00 per person PLUS the insurance premium amount. We anticipate the deposit date will be September 15, 2024.
