Canada’s East Coast is a must-see for its unique experiences, warm hospitality, and incredible beauty! The journey begins with 3 nights in Halifax to include a guided tour, the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, Maritime Museum of the Atlantic, a 2 hour circus and performing workshop, a dinner show at the Grafton Street Dinner Theatre, and a day trip out to Peggy’s Cove, Mahone Bay and Lunenburg. Leave Nova Scotia behind to explore New Brunswick with our first overnight stop in Saint John. Here you will have a guided tour to see Trinity Church, the 225th Anniversary Clock, the Reversing Falls Rapids, and then visit the Saint John City Market. The next day depart for Fundy National Park, home to the world’s highest tides and Acadian forests to enjoy a little hike. Stop in Alma before heading to the iconic Hopewell Rocks and an overnight stay in Moncton. Stop at Magnetic Hill – drive to the bottom of this world-famous hill, take your foot off the brake and be prepared to be amazed! Depart for Prince Edward Island via the Confederation Bridge, visit the Anne of Green Gables House then continue onto Charlottetown for a 2 night stay. Highlights of our stay will include a guided walking tour, a performance of the hit musical Anne of Green Gables, a Blue Grass Music Lesson and a visit to North Lake – MacNeill’s Tuna and Deep Sea Fishing where the adventure awaits for your Lobster fishing excursion. Depart PEI via The Northumberland Ferry to arrive back into Nova Scotia to begin our drive to Cape Breton Island. Visit the Fortress of Louisbourg before arriving into Sydney for the night. Begin your day at the Sydney Mines Heritage Museum & Fossil Centre, then follow part of the Cabot Trail to end the day in Baddeck for an overnight stay – a picturesque, vibrant little village right in the heart of Cape Breton set on the shores of the great inland sea known as the Bras d’Or Lakes. In the morning, head for The Celtic Music Centre for a demonstration/workshop before heading back to Halifax for a 2 night stay. Your last day in Halifax is free to explore, then finish the tour with an evening Ceilidh dinner and show.
